I have had one (only one) hot shower since we bought this house! That particular shower was the first day we lived here. Ever since then, forget it! It will trick me sometimes and be hot just long enough for me to get in and get my 3 feet of hair nice and shampooey, then BOOM! it runs cold and I might as well finish because I have gone too far.
