I feel absolutely terrible. I am not remembering ever feeling this bad.
a HOT shower did not make these shakes go away, so we can rule out being cold.
food did not last very long in my stomach, so we can rule out being hungry.

it has been so long since my last post. i feel like i cannot make a post now without it seeming like i'm looking for attention in a round-a-bout way. this will attempt to be an icebreaker post to dispel such notions. i have a lot on my mind.
