supposedly, my old room mate's step dad is buying the place to rent after we leave.
and supposedly, all i have to do is pay what i'm paying now.

i dunno. i haven't heard anything super definite so i'm still trying to hold out and be skeptical just yet.

nice looking place. i'd kill someone in front of their own mother for decent roof access. our landlord put an alarm on our roof, sounds like fucking WW3 every time someone tries to go up there.
