I was super excited to read this and you didn't fail to deliver bb! ♥

The scene setter at the start was a really nice way to take us into the story! :)

I was really surprised at the vulnerability you imposed on Jo, like I wasn't at all expecting that but I liked it cause it showed, to me at least, that he's too much of a gent to take his anger out on a lady and thus takes it out on himself, which makes me sad too but you know what I mean, which I guess is why when he finally flips out and just goes nuts it could come as quite a shock to Stefani, I dunno just thoughts really isn't it, haha! :)

I was trying to make them both as vulnerable as I could without either of them seeming spineless or fake. I'm glad I seem to have accomplished that. :) And I hope I don't fail at delivering Jo's meltdown, because in my mind it is pretty epic. :o
And yeah, he was raised to never strike out physically at a woman. I'm thinking of giving some insight into a rough childhood to help explain why he does what he does, both now and in the future.

A background into his childhood would be brilliant cause really there are no wrong answers cause Gaga's not really explored that for us so yeah it'd be worth it! <3

I can't wait to see his meltdown as sadistic as that sounds haha! :)

You deliver such an amazing hook with the first scene, truly enough to leave me gasping, and then it all pays off in the second scene. The tension you created between Jo and Gaga is incredible and I love that you agreed to leave it hanging, leaving the audience wanting more, total perfection!
I like your take on the pre-Fame life, considering that How to Ruin Your Life... is based in the Born This Way-era, I like your portrayal of their life in her tiny little apartment
I adore the way you've portrayed Gaga's strength as well, amazing, you've given her a few snatches of vulnerability, but she holds her own against the power of Jo's character
I love how dirty the cutting scene is, your writing style leaves me in absolute awe. You know how much I love 'ze blood and you create crystal clear imagery in my head

I can't wait to see what you come up with next!! Don't stress and just let it all come naturally

And I am in love (wow, that sounds a bit weird) with the cutting scene. When I wrote it, I could see it in my head so clearly that it was scary. So I'm glad that it had such a powerful effect!
