2 small tea spoons of baking soda slaked with fresh squeezed lemon
Mix well
Cut 2 big honeycrisp apples
Each piece wipe with paper towel
Then add to the dough, mix apples with the dough
On parchment paper put dough
355F in the oven for 50 minutes then check
