I have lost weight. Suddenly Im losing weight like fuck. 2 weeks ago I was 44,5kg. Then I went up to almost 46kg after x-mas because of waterweight. Now, one week later the water weight is gone and more. Im now 44,5kg with clothes and after eating breakfast! That means that Im about 43kg now.. Just like that ( Read more... )

So after tomorrow (or today as its 03.40 in the morning here) it will be a new year. Usually I would say "Yay a new start" but fuck now. Im not going to start somehing big and plan this and that. Im just going to plan one day ahead. If I do wrong one day I will plan the other so it will not effect me in a bad way.

So, Im now back from my sister were me, boyfriend and family has bin spending x-mas. I dont want to say anything about it. Has bin hard for all of us. 7 people, 2 dogs (one a pupy) and one cat is to much in one house.

Its 3 in the night here in Sweden and everyone in the house is sleeping, exept me. I went to bed with my boyfriend but did not feel tierd. We just layed there talking for over an hour and then I got out of bed to let him sleep. Im going with the train to school in about 4 hours but Im starting to get sleepy. My eyes hurts and Im hungry. I will start going to the gym more often. Exercising for 1 hour instead of 2-3 and more than 3 times a week instead of 2. I think this will help me losing more and a bit faster. I have bad days sometimes and if I dont go to the gym I will just feel so bad about myself for losing control. The gym helps me keep the anxiety away a bit as I can do ( Read more... )

At my school we dont have lunch served at so many other schools. We get cards intead with money on so we can go to some restaurants. Some of them is great with salads and so. But then we also have Mc Donalds! As school food!!
