Weekend was lovely. Everything a girl could hope for. It's so tough being back at school after such a wonderful and lazy last few days.

While the weather put a literal damper on things, that didn't mean other things weren't done to make up for it.

I don't think I've ever felt luckier in a relationship. Or so happy for that matter?

I know I've been quiet. Things have just been busy. Managed to get the whole classes thing going and arranged so now I'm doing that. Playing catch up is hard. Some of the classes I was doing last semester, weren't being done this semester. Others were pulled off the schedule indefinitely due in part to budgetary concerns ( Read more... )

That's right. After a week of deliberating, I've finally figured it out.

Snow.

Doesn't matter what, where, when, how. It's just gotta involve snow somehow. Real bonafied snow.

I've never seen it, smelled it, touched it, tasted it.

Brunch with the family went off okay. They gave me money which is just as good as any gift. Now I'm back home and working on my NYE dress.

Cast be gone! Gone as of last Thursday. Wow. I'm still doing some therapy until the strength returns to my leg, so I'm doing my best with a cane right now.
