Hurrah! I got 79% in my politics exam. Of course, considering that I have a politics degree, it would have been pretty shameful if I didn't actually pass, but still. My colleague who doesn't actually read newspapers seems to have failed all her exams so far. Shocker

Wow, I haven't updated here in quite a while...things are going okay with the journalism course, I seem to be progressing with most things although I do have to hand in a feature on environmental issues next Monday and it's proving very difficult to secure two interviews...I conducted my first interview tonight with the co-leader of the Green party

Why in god's name does the BBC's coverage of the US election include interviews with Ricky Gervais and Eddie Izzard? What exactly have they got to do with anything?
