Still bored. Still working. Still supposed to be working on an assignment. And all that.

Why on earth are some lecturers really good at giving lectures and other lecturers really bad?

I've had two lectures today. Both were given by people for whom English is not their first language, and who both have a strong accent. And yet, I enjoyed the first one, and the second one bored me out of my skull.

Explanations?
