4 months later

Introducing my little girl
It has been a long time since I have posted, I didn't have a good pregnancy but my baby girl made it through and after just as horrific labour and birth Kendra was born by emergency c-section. She had been in danger so needed emergency intervention but was born very healthy and strong ( Read more... ) -
Not long to go
Another boring pregnancy update. 6 weeks to go! All well so far, midwife appointment Monday and changing hospital to my more local one as my original one just will not respect my wishes for the birth I want - they could have told me this several months ago but didn't, they dropped it on me only about a week ago and since then I decided "stuff them ( Read more... ) -
The home run
And so here I am in the third trimester - the last section of pregnancy. The house is packed with baby things, more clothes than we can possibly use due to very generous friends and even strangers. We have 3 buggies! So I need to get rid of 2 as the one I'd actually bought is the one I want - it's like the Volvo of baby transporters. Lovely husband ( Read more... ) -
Going mumsy and homegrown
I realised I missed out a lot when growing up. I never got the whole mum and daughter thing going, probably because the hoards of boys were so much trouble. I made rice crispy cakes a few months ago and realised I had never even done that with my mum, or dad. I never had one cooking lesson or anything ( Read more... ) -

Pregnancy update
Because let's face it, this is the biggest thing happening in my life right now. I am now halfway through and saw my midwife yesterday, everything is going fine. I am still being sick every morning but it's bearable - routine even now - and I am sure it will happen until the end. My blood preasure is low for pregnancy - not bad low, good low! Long time - big changes!
I am a big believer in grabbing life by the balls and chasing your dreams, to experience all life has to offer - as such I did just that and my life is beyond recognizing who I was only a few short years ago. Since my last entry things have changed again so much and I think this will say it all!...
