I finished a pair of socks made from the yarn I machine knit and dyed at the workshop with Nancy Roberts of Machine Knitting to Dye For. I had another pair to make from yarn made in this workshop.

Three of them are Wensleydale, a long strong wool that is good for socks. It is not merino soft, but it isn't harsh either and it has a nice luster. I really like Wensleydale.

It is actually pink, grey, and tan. The grey is slightly bluish. My picture was a quick and dirty one. Someone has already asked about it. I plan on making more as I really like this colorway and I want it too. I have a couple with indigo that aren't quite done. I'll post them when they are, probably a couple of days.
