Hmmm I think you all are right. You guys are amazing. You need Randy because he's the cool classy one. You're sooo important because you don't shatter peoples dreams and you give them confidence before Simon speaks. *sigh* you DO need Simon because he's so blunt and honest and even though he can make you cry he only wants the best for you.
