I have been reading on the medicinal benifits of wine. And have decided to try it out. Im on my second day of drinking a glass a day. Im drinking a Merlot from Austrailia. Its not that yummy but.... I get a little buzz and its supposed to be good for you. Anti ageing with the anti oxidents from the red grape, good for your heart and blood.

Gosh.... I have a mix of good and a mix of bad. Good first..
