On the eve of my departure to nearly the most northern point of the Pacific coast in the U.S. I bring pictures of nearly the most southern point of the Pacific coast in the U.S.!

I glare and curse at your chocolate scone!

Also, are you sure that church isn't the mission? It looks an awful lot like what I think Mission San Diego looks like with all the bells and things.

And gah! I forgot to write you a Seattle List. Will do so now and send tonight, so if you get a chance, check the e-mail in the morning ;)

It was a fleeting thing, my chocolate scone. The only time they had it was that first morning. I have a feeling if I ever go back to San Diego I'll have to go back to that cafe and see if they have it.

As for the questionable church, I thought it was a church but your question made me wonder so I found a map and it is labeled as "Immaculate Conception Church." So there you go.

You'd better send me that list! I'm going to do my best to do the Seattle Underground tour tomorrow, provided my flight gets in early enough and I get to the hotel in time to go. But I know there's lots more to do as well.

Loved the Victorian house pictures. That first one is really unusual.

I had a feeling you would be able to appreciate those! I was thinking of your recent tour and pictures as I was walking through the neighborhood. I thought that first one was really unique too. I don't know that I've ever seen a tower-like structure like it has.

I'm finally getting caught up reading the blogs I missed while I was away from home. I wanted you to know how much I enjoyed these photos. These are photos of the San Diego I've missed when I've been there. Super photos as always! - Pam
