I have procured a house in Raton, NM. It's a "formal" home, with a entry way, a living room, a parlor/dining room, a kitchen, a utility room, and a sewing room on the ground floor, and then two bedrooms and a huge bathroom with a clawfoot tub upstairs. It's offical- I've been offered a teaching job 7-11 science in Maxwell, NM, and am moving SOON! School starts two weeks from yesterday. It's a 4 day week, so I anticapate spending most of my weekends down in southern NM. I'm keeping my house down here to make that possible. Whee!

Note to self: If you leave a chocolate bar in your purse for emergency use, don't leave your purse in the car in New Mexico heat. Good Chocolate + Jeep= Melted Chocolate all over the inside of my purse.

I had a fantastic weekend! It was the first time in as long as I remember that I ddin't have a thing that had to get done! We had a great revel Saturday night, with games, singing, and storytelling, yay! Kev and I were lazy bums on Sunday, and we liked it! Wah-hah-hah! Chaos and Fractals is over, and Math Modeling starts today. Life is good.

My brain is pleasanlty full, and I've got another 2 credit hours towards my masters. Woot! I highly recommend this class- more later

We enjoyed the fireworks at Tech, abliet a day late. Bit sat in my lap and clapped, and is now offically exhausted. I'm glad we went to see them.

I don't like the person that I have turned into over the course of the last six months, and this is a problem.  I have become bitter and angry, instead of happy and excited. St. Golias. Stories (other than Patootie) are being forgotten, songs
are being lost, garb is getting motheaten, and friendships are not
