hiya,
you were saying wanting a polytunnel might be a sign of getting old but thast nothing compared to sitting in bed and cross stitching..LOL though if you have a look at this site http://www.firsttunnels.co.uk/ you could get two good sized polytunnels for the same price as one of your nice dresses, or if you can get the frames secondhand they do the plastic covering very cheap..

If your having boring days you could always come and keep me company when im on one of my taking photo missions, like yesterday 155 of teignmouth and today i took 277 going both ways up and down the river from totnes to dartmouth..

Ive added you into msn already as i saw your email addy was on your info page here, hope you dont mind, oh i also noticed your birthday is only the day before mine as mine is on the 23 aug..

Chat soon i hope..
Hugs,
Pete.x

Slugs..I've absolutely no doubt. They eat my plants and go squish when you tread on them. And Mowgli doesn't like them either. She likes frogs.
But then badgers.......?

Lynsey HATES slugs, passionately. Humbug, her cat, brought her a slug and placed it on the floor in her bedroom. Lynsey was so scared she made my mum pick it up, hee hee! Humbug brought her the slug just after bringing her a mouse, which he then ate, then puked up. He's a lovely lickle cat and has a bump on his nose.

Wow, I stop checking LJ for a few days and suddenly there is a huge backwash of postings from you. Good to hear from you. I hope you are feeling better now.

Bagers are certainly the most evil. Because they look pretty cute and loveable until you get close and then the go psycho on you. Slugs are just icky and you don't want to get close. Mind you, my life is plagued more by slugs than by badgers.

Badger loves . . .mashed potatoes!
He makes them into shapes and eats them every-day!

Bodger and Badger, Bodger and Badger.
La, la, la, la-lah, la, la, la, la-lah.
Bodger and Badger are never far away.

Mashed potato?
I've heard it said that badgers sometimes eat slugs. Slugs are pretty grim on their own, but you have to be really icky to eat one.

hiya,
Havent you got any ducks on the farm as they will sort out your slug problem, just let them roam through the veg patch and green house..
