Bombs dropped on Penydarren. The family was scared. Just then some pets from Heaven came down. We were scared, but our pets made us better. James' School Song
James sang various songs in school of course but this is one of my favourites - and discussing it with him today he said we must sing it every day since they do not sing baby songs now in Junior school.
So to keep it fresh in my mind I am recording it here:
At five past three
We go home for tea
Or may be quarter to four
And ten pairs of feet

December 2004
9th December 2004
James and his class went to see Santa on the Mountain Railway. Each child also had a present from Santa. Weather was cold, but dry and all the children wrapped themselves up warm.

Jack and Jill 2004
NOVEMBER 2004
The class had two visitors, a health visitor/nurse from the Kenshole Children's Centre. They showed the children how to look after Jack and Jill when they fell down the hill.
Paper cut outs of Jack and Jill used and rag dolls. The children were shown how to bandage them.

Children in Need October 2004
For a pound - the children were able to go into school dressed up. I believe all schools in the area are doing this!
