You need to make three point one two five to make a profit...one third food cost, one third wage cost, one third profit plus GST...

(if you want to impress the locals, do Yorkies, I have a recipe, email me and I will send it to you, I don't seem to be able to find yours)

Plus well done! I used to hate it when I'd put the roast on and no one would buy it, then I'd take it off and they'd all ask for it...just before you started I think...perhaps go round the old folks places around the area - Ngaio Marsh etc. and tell them you do a cheap Sunday roast...they'd prolly bring a busload in every Sunday.

Also I had a ball working and don't mind doing another shift now and then...but how the hell can you work with the fridge that way round?

i have kept the fridge the way you put it. i just used to lean over the door all the time lol.
what is funny, and has happened twice while ive been there now if re arranging things a little bit, especially that fridge and watching the bar staff fumble around when helping themselves to sauce lol

i did yorkies! but unfortunately i left my "muffin tray" (that has never been used for muffins lol) at home, so i had to do them big and cut into pieces. it didn't look nearly as nice as round ones
