i need to get healthy!!! i mean it! *exercise! some cardio. more yoga and pilates and weights. *eat right! no more beef!! no more processed food!! oh but it's so good! NO! *meditate. get out of my head! identify mind vs. matter. =less stressed K. =)
Lately I've actually been having an appetite (Thank the Lord) and my current obsession is Korean food and BBQ. So as they say in Korean: 먹을 같이 갑시다 (let's get together to eat). What a lovely saying. Let's do just that.
