Run with it. I'm like a professional insomniac, and for me, if you stop trying to sleep and just do something else, the sleep eventually comes easier. Or sometimes not, but at least then you've done something fun.
It's funny--I've had trouble getting to sleep the last couple of nights and several other people on my f-list have been writing late-night, not-sleeping posts. I wonder if we're all just messed up from schedule-shifting over the holidays.
