It's been a hellish week, and the weekend promises to be more so. I think tonight calls for gin & peeps. The Ds are joining me, BC Ds not SF D&D, though just as lovely.

Surgery is over! It went very well, they even dangled the cadaver bit that will be living in my knee right before I passed out. A personal request of mine. I wanted to meet my new friend before it got screwed into my bones ( Read more... )

I had my Pre-Op appointment today to go over all the details of my surgery. I got a few unexpected surprises. My docs are soo cute! They're really smart and socially awkward and really into describing things uncontrollably. He drew on my knee so I could see where all the cuts were going to be.
