Honestly Christina, you are looking to make them hurt just as much as you are right now.. but that is totally understandable. I think that you just don't want to see the fact that maybe you could be wrong about this.. (I am in no way saying that you are wrong. I am just saying that the company has to take that aspect into account.. Otherwise THEY could get sued for unlawful termination.) This type of thing takes time.. Just tough it out.. I know it's hard.. but they are building a strong enough case so that they wont get repercussions, off of this either.. I mean, your word against her's and your word is kind of bias due to your position, so they need more to stand on, than just that.. they need evidence. I'm sorry if this came off mean, I don't intend it that way.
