I hope the trip to and from the airport went alright...I'm sure it was a difficult parting for everyone (not just a certain two-some :-))!

I would really have to agree though, I couldn't believe how well Jake seemed to "fit" with your family! Of course I expected he would, but still I was amazed; Lizzy and I both were. I felt very privileged to be able to witness that!

I guess I am happy for you to be "happy to be sad". I am happy he fit in well with your family. He is a great son, but it also sounds like y'all are a great family. Anyway when he leave here, I know exactly how you feel--SAD.
