Marshall, Julianna, Grace, Bethany and Zeke have gone to Sugar Mountain to go skiing. However it looks like rain, not snow. Hopefully it will start snowing there instead of raining. Monday Grace's stitches were removed and her skin was not totally healed. Then to make things worst, Grace was walking outside on crutches and accidentally hit her cut on bricks on our sidewalk and busted her cut open again. So here we go again, Grace in a wheelchair at my Mom's house keeping me company while I pack up the last of Mom's stuff.

Grace and I are in Valdosta, GA working on my Mom's house. I graduated from Valdosta High School and the town rival football game was tonight (which I had planned to attend). I had a great weekend getting to visit Jake and Rita and my second granddaughter, Jubilee Mary Joiner. She is so cute! I got to hold her and I really enjoyed seeing her with her parents. She is so small compared to Jake and Rita, but so very beautiful. I can't wait to see her and Jake and Rita in two weeks for her baptism. That should be great ( Read more... )

Yesterday while Zeke and I were running errands after a doctor's appointment, Zeke asked me, "Why are things that taste good bad for you and things that taste bad are good for you? Someone needs to make candy that is good for you!" I just started laughing at him and all his intellect. He does think a great deal.
