saw THE GRUDGE tonight. It had it's freaky parts kinda like THE RING did. With them both being only pg-13 and all, they do a pretty good job. AND Jason Behr was in it. He was Max from the WB series Roswell. He is so hot with his hair grown out

The japanese one is called Jun-on I think...

and is frrrrrreeeeeakky as hell. Probably creepier than Ring in places.

Yup, well aware of that ;)

Thats why I used The Ring, and Ring. The original japanese one is Ring, phonetically pronounced Ringu (but shouldn't be typed that way.. even tho silly people do..).

Also Ring is so much of a better movie its unbelievable ;)

Guess that makes me silly. Though I'm silly along with IMDB, rottentomatoes, and the (US) dvd cover, so not bad company. Just easier to distinguish that way.

And as long as we're correcting silliness, it's Ju-on, there are two sets of two films (Curse 1 & 2, and Grudge 1 & 2), and it's pretty much a rip-off of Ring(u) (or at least it's safe to say, none of them would exist without it).

But one thing's for certain, the Japanese originals will always be better than the US water-downs.
