Fall break! Its great to finaly have time to do stuff other than spend ungodly amounts of time befriending books in the library. I just got back from the Phish concert in Coventry, VT. I've spent the last few days selling postcards in the Coventry post office, enjoying the show/atmophere, and of course wading through lots of mud. I feel accomplished. in the last 4 days i've...."closed the library" for the first time (stayed untill 2:30), learned a showy move in Tango-not to mention i've begone to enjoy it in general, wrote 14 pages, read 100+, read in a tree, fell asleep on the front lawn (I think that was this week), had a few good conversations, frolicked in the library, ( Read more... )

I am currently sitting at a table in the Reed library compleate with an array of seemly owner-less labtops and books dispersed among the tables. Around the corner there are mostly the forms of slumped Reedies taking a break from reading by curling up in a chair and acidently napping.
