The late evening sun slants down through the buildings to illuminate well traveled railway cars, cracked paint, and wildflowers peaking around cement. After searching high and low, spending 2 weeks riding around, inquiring in stores, filling out applications, staring at the adds on craig's list, writing emails, and waiting by the phone....I know have at least one job, maybe two. there is something very strange about walking back to my room still very buzzed, in the early morning light at 7:15, after about 11:00 hrs in the pool hall....
on a side note I did surprisingly well in the pool hall tournament.
