Change is always slow TEO ... people have a natural resistance to it ... but change is inevitable especially when it is towards something good and powerful ... Like our independence struggle .... it took a handful of people with strong beliefs a ot of time to convince nation full of people ... we only need more believers and women who say Enough is Enough :)

Thank goodness things are not as bad where I live but I have lived through the very rough times of the 1970's. I am pleased to say that many historical cases are now coming to light and going to court.

A very inspiring piece. The lives of women everywhere could change for the better. It looks bleak at times, but this reminds me that it doesn't have to be that way.

We can really make a difference , if not so much in our own generation atleast by teaching our children how they could be .. the boys to be respectful of girls and the girls to stand up for their rights. Thank u for reading
