It's kinda like something I would have written on my exercise book when I was about 13. Actually, most of my exercise books had scrawled upon them "Pray that you will never know the hell where youth and laughter go". I was the first emo lol.

I remember picking up Waiting for Godot quite a few years ago. I was probably too young for it; I don't think I even got past the first page. Maybe it's a bit more effective to watch it onstage. I do like the line you posted, in any case..
it is effective to watch on stage, especially with brilliant actors.
hmm ... those lines are the most famous from the play. i saw them alluded to twice in newspaper articles, and someone quoted it in conversation. maybe i never noticed before.
