I'm with the "use" crowd, but am willing to concede, like entrochan, that there may be times when "wear" makes sense.

However, in general "wearing" a condom would seem to make it akin to say, a sock, and one would hate to think of how bad that would be for the condom...

Also, as a female, I have "used" condoms, but never worn them.

More likely to say "use" than "wear" if only because "use" is the verb that applies to me. I always use a condom, but I pretty much never wear one :)
