with two I can call myself, but nothing interesting happens without three or more. Incidentally, the only phone not working is my desk phone, the one that isn't for playing.

Only six phones? That is fucked up. You need to remind them you have a college degree and you did not sign up for a job where you only get to use six phones. Entry level positions should be starting with eleven phones MINIMUM. Stand up for yourself.
