It's Been a While...

Sorry about the lack of updates on my journal, but I sorta fell out of the routine of updating it and came back into contact with that old quandry about wether or not anyone really needs to know the ins-and-outs of my day-to-day life...but enough has happenned as of late to post so I figured what the hell.

I thought about it for a good five minutes and the best response I have is "holy crap, that really sucks." Occasionally I add profanity to emphaize how much that sucks, but the overall message is the same. I feel as though this is a fairly weak response, but I can't say anything like, "been there, know what it's like" or anything marginally knowing like that. Likewise, I can't think of a way to make you feel better because nothing you read at this moment is going to make you feel better. I thought about not posting anything at all, but that seemed wrong as well and a tad bit cruel.

I guess what I am saying is that I really care about you and your family and I hope everything works out all right.

Thank you very much, Charlie. Your kind words are honestly appreciated. I'm so lucky. I've had so many friends be so tottaly awesome to me...I guess I must've done something right along the way...

God Mark, I'm sorry. That's really terrible news and I don't really know what to say. It sounds like you are dealing with it better than I would. I commend your attitude, and I'm glad for you that Shannon is so awesome and supportive.
