How I spent my Tuesday

I got to my office about 9am, and got on with work, about 10am I thought I would remove my shoes and take off my socks because my feet were a little sore, this would later proove to have been a terrible idea

Yes family all ok, and nobody I know injured beyond sticking plaster treatment.
