In a fit of spring fever, I signed up for volunteering at Wehr Nature Center for their Maple Sugar Days. However, I'm realizing now that I might get bored with just the normal people there. Does anyone want to volunteer with me ( Read more... )

That actually sounds kind of fun. I'm sorry I'm going to be busy most of the time it's going on so I can't consider it. Thanks for the mention.

*smiles* I had you and Andrea in mind for those whom I hoped could make it. But you two always have something going on (which I admire) so I figured that'd be the case.

Sometimes I wish that I didn't always have something going on. There are days when I feel like I could really use a little more time at home by myself, you know? I really am quite the introvert, so it's very weird for me to be doing so much stuff with other people. It's really pretty new to me.

I know that my mate would like to see you and Dali more often. We made it up to the coffee meet on Thursday once, but it seems to be just too long a drive for us on a weekday.

Would you and Dali be intersted in coming to visit us some time? We have gathering of sorts planned for later this month. I can get you details if you'd like.

Sure, I'd like the details, but we probably will not be able to make it this month. We'd love to come visit or have you over eventually.

Dali never goes to the coffee meet, even though I try to get her to come along. When Tremaine and I go, it's only about once a month, or less if there is a con to prepare for.

I know what you mean about having too much to do. Because I spend so much time at work being bored, I occupy my mind with planning all these things to do outside of work. Occaisionally, I regret scheduling so much when I'd rather be chilling at home. I'm also a little introverted, more or less.

Sorry I wasn't able to show up today... I was doing stuff for the office, and generally unable to come up that way.
