In a belated answer to our petition, opposing counsel requested that, "the Court further award anything that the Court deems just inequitable."

While I occasionally make typos (my fine detail proofing sucks and sometimes my big picture proofing sucks as well...but that's a side issue)) I don't think I've ever asked a court to award inequitable awards. Wow.

Yeah, I often let little things slip into my briefs, but this one, just wow. I wonder if the lawyer dictated the answer ;)

My favorite typo story was from when my mom worked at Butzel Long and a temp sent out a letter to [name], Certified Pubic Accountant. The recipient was not amused.

The voice recognition software at work once changed "subrogation" to "cyber geisha". I wanted to keep it so badly...
