Makings of a cloak

For my dear husband, I am making a cloak and some clothing (in that order) for him to wear. He's vaguely Elizabethan (because that's what I make him), so I decided to make a semi-circular cloak for him to wear. (Although he would protest that he's a 13th c Norman...)
