Ok, I have to admit it. I've been cheating. I've been blogging over at Wordpress and completely ignoring my LJ. Not only am I cheating, I'm flaunting it. Disappointing Canada Day
Canada day is my favourite holiday of the year. It's the one time when everyone who happens to be in the country, regardless of religion, race, age, ability, whatever, can come together and party. I know that you aren't supposed to lend money you can't afford to lose, but how can you say no when it's a good friend who asks? I don't really trust them anymore, I feel betrayed. Who knew?
Apparently, one of the benefits of having a roommate is that you can talk to her. Wierd. How come no one told me that. Anyway, after my post last night V. came out and chatted with me, helped me make a decision about this summer (I'm only going to take one of the two jobs that was offered to me - again, not something that had previously crossed ( Read more... ) -
I never post except when I'm upset.
So, so tired, but I just can't sleep. I have too many things running through my head. I won this big scholarship, but I'm still not sure I want to go back to school yet. I want to try to get pregnant again, but I don't know how to do that and my Master's at the same time, and I can't quit my Master's because of this scholarship. I am starting ( Read more... ) -

So after me bitching about how I have to get out of my sick bed to go in for a mostly unnecessary meeting, my prof was an hour late. Apparently he called the office to give me the message, but from 2 until 3 there was no one in the office to tell me. Nice. The meeting itself took just over fifteen minutes. Our neighbours were up fighting last night until 3:30am. By the time they stopped it was too late for me to go to sleep, so I stayed up all night and decided to take a sick day for work. I emailed my boss shortly before 4am to tell him I'm sick, and he emailed me shortly after 5am to ask me to come in for a meeting anyway. What is this meeting ( Read more... ) -

Moving!
Annabodacious and I had decided a few months ago to move in with Veronibabe and her soon-to-be-born babe when our lease ends, which is at the end of April. We want to live in a house, with a yard, and without neighbours six inches away on either side.
