My LJ friends page is acting crazy lately.  It won't let me see many posts (or any at all) over the course of time.  I might like get a months worth of back posts one day and they'll be gone the next ><  So I try to keep in touch!  LJ is just evil and won't let me do it every day like I try to ;_;

 I have only a few bits of information ^_^

1) School is going just fine.

2) Flogging Molly Concert on March 7th, woot!

3)  My personal fave....Elton John comes to town on March 16th!  I'm going to see if I can't get tickets to his show.

I don't post here often, or at all really.  I do it when I feel like venting and sometimes people respond.  Only two though -- and thats fine, they're two of the women I respect most for what they do and what they deal with.  This post is dedicated to one of them.  Apryl.  It will end up being more of a spill than anything coherent.

After having time to digest yesterday's VT tragedy I find that I have mixed feelings -- none in favor of the gunman, or in favor of the establishment of higher education.  Things like this usually don't get to me, but I'm in a school twice as large as Virginia Tech with its 25,000.  I find myself thinking "What if..." and I don't like what I think ( Read more... )

I spend more time on Myspace now.  I come back and check here for updates and comment there, but I don't hardly bother thinking twice about posting stuff.  I don't know, I guess I'm just trying to take a step back from ranting.  Granted, there have been times since August 31st that I have wanted to just open my mouth and just scream.

Had an accident yesterday.  My sister and I were in the car and we're both fine.  Sore and bruised from the seatbelts but we're good to go.

Long story short: Came to an awkward intersection, got behind someone that didn't go and stopped suddenly for no apparant reason, and I hit the back of them.  My car doesn't work and theirs is fine.  Ironic much ( Read more... )
