they dont sell it everywhere... i found it at a big asian supermarket here it has all kinds of japanese stuff like pocky and pretz and kasugai gummies. maybe seattle has one too...
possible... i go to the big (clean) asian supermarket here and weirdly enough they don't sell 'em here. so jealous. ooh btw, i'm prob. going to be in vancouver over my spring break!
thanks! yeah i admit that i dont miss the northwestern ontario winters a bit. (i am from kenora - and i lived in winnipeg for a year before i moved out here.)
i found them at a big asian supermarket. they are pretty cute. its not a good thing for me to be presented with stuff like that. i have a hard enough problem not buying things because the packaging is pretty as it is.

But is this like Chinatown or Japantown? Or is it like an Uwajimaya (sp)store? Cause I've totally been looking for packaging just like this. I <3 japanese branding. I love branding period.
Your photos are great, I love the colors. Ps. I will send you a gun pin when I finally finish the series.

some of the pictures are from chinatown, but the ones of japanese packaging are from a big asian supermarket (called T&T market). vancouver doesn't really have a japantown. they just opened up a huge asian shopping mall in richmond (vancouver suburb) that apparently has a japanese department store. i cant wait to check that out.
