There's an island for sale just in the bay here. It's gorgeous, and herons hang out on it all the time. There's tons of sea glass and weird shells and an ancient staircase next to the new one, that is raised up off the ground cause it has trees growing through it.
It's only 2.2 million dollars. If we had a carwash and a bake sale, I bet we could come up with it.
