Hey, the europe pictures look really excellent. I'm blown away by all those photos -- you really have an eye for composing those photos. I guess you took some of them using your manual camera? I like how some of the photos have a low depth-of-field.

And the ring is very beautiful. Congrats!

Thanks :-) All of them were taken using my manual camera. I didn't take my digital camera with me.

The ring photos were good, but I noticed that you had a similar problem to when I took photo of my girl's ring, too hard to get a closeup without a macro lense. I have discovered a super cheep and simple macro lens that can work for any camera... a magnifying glass :-) It helps shorten the focal point. I used it for a picture of my ring. Althought its not a great picture, it would have been nearly impossible without a magnifying glass.
