 Felt very American when we went to my Aunt's house for lunch on New Year's Day. We've been having a warm winter, so it was good grilling weather and we made hamburgers. MMMMMMM.....spoon bread. Good, southern, comfort food. >w< Spoon bread is basically a softer cornbread that....you scoop out and eat with a spoon, hence the name. Conversation earlier today with kanebullar got me craving some spoon bread. I've never actually made it before but IT'S SO GOOD, that today seemed like a good day to learn how to make it! :'D
