It is amazing what a little exercise can do for one's sanity. I'd like to get this sanity maintainer as a more regular entry on the old agenda

Hi Ryanne, I think the important thing with obsessive thinking is to try and make sure your thoughts are moving to different topics, and that you are figuring things out while doing so. If you find yourself stuck on one topic, over and over, and it's not helping you figure... that's no good... meditation is key.
I promise I'll actually make it out one of these nights, as soon as I find a friend who wants to get all snazzy looking and experience some Bliss.
Good to hear that you are sticking with the working out. I fell behind and I am starting to go again. Where do you go? If you are free sometime you should come to Planet Fitness with me. I'd love a workout buddy.
You do NOT have to look snazzy in the least to go there. Trust me, it's not required.
You know what the sick part is, I've noticed in the past, that I *like* having something to think obsessively about. (Not in the scary obsessive way.) That is a desire and a behavior I'd like to curtail.
Amber- The memberships are so cheap there, I can't believe it. I saw the Black membership has unlimited tanning too...although I imagine it's in a Wolff system bed. I need some sunshine with the fierceness. Any idea how much the personal training is down there? I find that really really helps me when I'm first starting out.
The personal training is where they get ya. It's about 60 per session. I have the black membership which also includes unlimited guest privileges. I have brought the same person 5 times in about a two week period and they haven't said anything about it.
I tanned last night for the first time in a while. It was heavenly. It was that lucid dreaming warm feeling that you get addicted to.
I miss you. I know that you have been off in boyfriend land but we should go to lunch or something soon.
Oh, I know, but I definitely enjoy looking the part, know what I'm sayin'?
And, heh, yea. I agree with your point on thinking... when I'm very excited about something and accomplishing it I tend to obsess over it. It is a desire, but we live in the world of desire, so it is good for helping us move on. Be careful about removing desires completely too quickly... focus, one-mindedness, correct action, patience.
