Survey time, people
I'm thinking of cutting my hair. It's at the middle of my back at the minute and it's just too much to deal with. I think I'd like to get it about shoulder-blade length.

I've been working on more artwork. Life drawing class continues, we're doing pastels now. I've never been good at pastels, but it's good colour practice. They're up over at flickr.

Wheee!
I forgot how good it feels to be really happy with a drawing I've done. It's like a natural high. I really feel like I'm improving as well. Who knows, maybe I'll finally have the dedication to get good enough to live off it. Ya never know.

Life drawing class - Session 1
Here's a photo dump of my drawings from my first life drawing class. I'll be doing a whole semester, so hopefully I'll see improvement by doing photo dumps like this.
Sorry the picture quality is a bit odd. I did them on the porch at night.

Well, the great experiment continues. I'm still managing to draw for about a hour every day, and I think I'm getting better. I'm certainly getting faster at getting the human form together. I haven't photo'd any of the recent stuff, though ( Read more... )
