Mary Kate: Thank you for being the best stage manager I could ever hope for. Did I ever mention how much I appreciate you being there? If I haven't, then I'm terribly sorry. You deserve a lot more respect and recognition than you get.

As for the cast, I think we've only had three really good, behaved rehearsals. The sad part is, it's not even really the overabundance of freshman. Most of the problem lies in the immaturity of the older kids. I don't know, they have some seniority complex, where they think that since they've been in Spotlighters "forever," they can do what they want without getting in trouble.

It's dumb and selfish of them, really.

I feel this years cast is both the strongest and weakest cast we've had in my three years. Most of us have a lot of chemistry with eachother (excepting me and Caitlin Hall) But a lot of people don't care, and you're 100% right, its ludicrous.
And I shouldn't be excepted, because there are times when I don't give it eveyrthign I've got, or am busy talking during warm ups.

For the record, Lauren Preist has been talking about not wanting to be in the show, and is thus not trying anymore. Got that through the freshmen grape vine.

Also, I'm birnging in a 5 for cha ching money tomorrow, hopefulyl that covers it for this week *crosses fingers*

Finally, just know that as hard as your job is, we'd be nowhere without you. When you are gone form rehersal all hell breaks loose. or close. It's bad.
