I have this small bump on my arm. its giving out as much pain as shingles did. I knew I shouldn't have but I popped this tiny bubble on it that formed today. It took away some of the pain but it still fucking hurts. I hope im not getting shingles again.... Im on a diet and I mean it this time. Ive gained 15 pounds since I started my job. I weighed around 140 now Im about 155. I realize im 5'8" and a girl but damn do I feel icky.
