I feel better this week. My workload is diminished, and at last I feel almost on top of things. Perhaps it doesn't hurt that the weather has been great. Off to see a band tonight, notionally with a friend D, who is not known for his commitment to going out. -

I think I only have four active friends left on LiveJournal. Things are busy. Things are always busy now, I feel like I have no veg out time left. Most of it is of my own making, but I find it hard not to want to do things. This weekend I have to finish a funding application to plan a training course for PhD students in November. That's reasonably fine.
