I'm the owner of an apartment. I'm still in shock. I went to look at it last night, today there was a bidding and now it's mine. I'm gonna be in debt to the day I die. My monthly costs will rise a *lot* but I'll pay it to myself in part. My stomach is doing flipflops. I still can't take it in. I'm gonna own an apartment. Me. Who's never owned ( Read more... )

Yep! It's great, it needs a lot of stuff done to it, but I think it's the right thing to do. Only, I'll have a lot less money at the end of the month and that scares the bejesus out of me. But you know, now that you and Kris come and visit Stockholm, we don't all have to squosh into one room :-)

w00t! That is so cool! Congratulations. You know I'll always volunteer to come to Ikea with you, right? :)

(I'm not home right now, but maybe we can meet up next week or so? For celebratory dinner stuff rather than Ikea, I mean. *g*)

You know I'm the worst IKEA junkie. "Hi, I'm MJ and I'm addicted to Faktum and Billy..." But just meeting up would be great. I need to do stuff like that before I become home owner and thus impoverished :-)
