down 1 lb from yesterday...not much at all, but i will take it. still sticking with no carb/low carb foods...only. for breakfast today i had 2 hard boiled eggs, and for lunch i have a salad. i want to be 135 by friday...no excuses!! my goal by 4/1 is still 130 or less. i hope i can do that, i know i can, i just have to keep my ass on track! i
