Butt warmers are the most wonderful thing the auto industry has given us since the car itself. robeli and I bought her Vue off the lot, and it just happened to have them. I don't know that I'll ever buy another car without heated seats, given the option. Not something it would ever have occurred to me to add, but now that I've been there, worth every last penny. I suspect that you'll appreciate them even more, being much farther north and from the ocean than we are here.

I also purchased this model from dealer stock... I didn't plan on the butt warmers, or other nice features like the sunroof... but I am not complaining :-) Though, frankly, the reduced sensation in my lower body may make the heated seats a little less cool for me than for the average person. Still... nice feature!
